The report shows that 42% of employees are aged between 30 and 39, 57% hold degrees from top global universities, and 8% have a doctoral degree. Over 40% of employees come from the fields of Web3, finance, and artificial intelligence, fully reflecting Gate’s long-term commitment to building a diverse, interdisciplinary team. In terms of compensation, over 80% of employees believe their income is at or above industry levels. The report also notes that employee participation in internal growth programs continues to rise: 53% of employees have participated in Gate Academy training or international rotation programs, and 22% have achieved career advancement through the ‘Elite Expert Growth Path.’ Gate upholds an inclusive and diverse workplace culture, receiving high recognition from 85% of employees, and this cultural atmosphere has also led to the company’s employee retention rate reaching 3.2 times the industry average. It is worth mentioning that 60% of employees are actively involved in brand communication, fully reflecting the team’s recognition and sense of belonging to Gate’s long-term mission.
