According to ChainCatcher news and Jin10 reports, Cook has stated through his private lawyer that he will challenge his identification as a member of The Federal Reserve Board of Governors in court and seek a judicial ruling. A Fed spokesperson stated that they will comply with the court ruling, and Cook’s status as a governor has not changed before the next meeting, allowing him to participate in the interest rate decision meeting on September 16-17.
