September 1, 2025 - The decentralized Bitcoin liquidity staking protocol Lombard announced that its native Token $BARD has officially entered the Contribution Stage of the Buidlpad platform. This stage is a critical step for users to complete their final participation, requiring asset submission on the platform to ensure quota eligibility.
In the previous subscription phase, Buidlpad received over 133,000 subscription applications, but only 28,000 real users passed the strict review to enter the contribution stage. It is reported that Buidlpad identified and removed over 100,000 suspected bot, sybil attack, and reward farming accounts to ensure the fairness and effectiveness of the distribution. Lombard stated that this is also one of the important reasons for choosing to cooperate with Buidlpad.
The contribution phase will last for 36 hours:
● Start Time: September 1, 2025 00:00 (UTC)
● End time: September 2, 2025 11:59 ( UTC )
Users need to return to buidlpad.com and submit assets, supported tokens include LBTC, BNB, and USD1. The contribution amount for regular users ranges from 50 to 5,000 dollars, while large Lux holders can contribute up to 20,000 dollars.
In addition, Lombard announced that it will provide additional “Priority Allocation” for UGC event winners and early holders of Lux, and introduce a “Guaranteed Allocation” mechanism to further protect users from dilution risk.
It is important to note that submitting contributions does not guarantee final allocation. If the total contributions exceed the public allocation, a proportional distribution will be implemented, and the excess will be refunded during the settlement phase. The final settlement and refund are expected to be completed by September 4th at 14:00 (UTC).
The recent $BARD community sale not only showcased Lombard’s commitment to compliance and transparency but also highlighted its leading position in the Bitcoin Liquid Staking sector. Through collaboration with Buidlpad, Lombard aims to provide the community with a fairer, more efficient, and transparent token distribution experience, while promoting further development of the Bitcoin ecosystem.
