Techub News: Listed company Mogo has rebranded to Orion Digital Corp. and expanded its Bitcoin treasury reserves. The company is transforming into a multi-engine digital financial platform covering wealth management, payments, and digital assets. The company’s common stock is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol ORIO on January 2, 2026. Orion Digital stated that it began incorporating Bitcoin into its treasury in 2020, and now the company is continuously expanding its Bitcoin reserves. The company is also the largest shareholder of WonderFi after its 2023 merger with digital asset platform Coinsquare. In 2024, Robinhood Markets, Inc. announced it would acquire WonderFi for $250 million.
