On July 3, Jin Guanping, the Economic Daily, wrote that rural resources assets such as land, forest land, and collective assets of buildings are important resources. However, the scale of utilization of these resources has not been high for a long time. It is necessary to encourage exploration of various ways to activate and utilize idle rural homesteads, idle houses, and “barren land” resources assets, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, and create conditions for increasing farmers’ property income through multiple channels.
