Mode latency Season 2 airdropped to October and increased Token allocation

On September 5th, it was announced that the Mode Season 2 airdrop, originally scheduled to end on September 6th, has been extended until early October. Season 3 will introduce new governance and incentive mechanisms. Mode will increase the token allocation for Season 2, while the rules for points accumulation and on-chain TVL will remain unchanged.
