Gold News reported that OpenAI on Tuesday requested the dismissal of Musk’s federal lawsuit against the company. Musk filed the lawsuit two months ago, accusing OpenAI of abandoning its founding mission of developing an open artificial intelligence platform for the “benefit of humanity” and instead pursuing profit maximization.
