Jinshe data news on October 15th, local time in the afternoon of the 15th, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea announced that the areas of Boseong City, Gimpo City, Yeoncheon County, etc. located in the inter-Korean border area were designated as “dangerous areas”, and citizens’ groups were prohibited from using balloons to fly leaflets and other items to North Korea in these areas. The Gyeonggi-do government stated that the recent situation between North and South Korea has deteriorated sharply, and therefore the above measures are taken to protect the safety of the people in the border area between North and South Korea.
