Odaily Planet Daily Zerocap Chief Investment Officer Jonathan de Wet said in an investor report on Wednesday that the pump momentum of BTC remains strong. De Wet said, ‘We expect (BTC) to reach $70,000 in the coming weeks,’ and pointed out that technical breakthroughs provide a solid foundation for further pumping. Government blockchain expert Andy Lian believes that Trump’s plan to create a BTC reserve may mark a turning point in encryption regulation. ‘This political support may bring a more favorable regulatory environment, boost investor confidence and demand,’ Lian said. Lian believes that driven by global monetary policy, BTC will reach a new historical high next week, and news such as major central banks significantly cutting interest rates may boost risk assets, including cryptocurrency.
