According to official sources, SUI Mainnet has now been upgraded to version V1.38.3, and the protocol has also been upgraded to version 69. Other upgrade points include:

Set the number of allowed rounds in Consensus fast path voting.
To verify the TLS support for the gRPC interface of the Node.
Remove the relevant endpoints of the Deepbook indexer.
Fix the issue in the CLI PTB builder where it cannot resolve the problem of instantiating generic type parameters using raw types.
