Haidai Public Opinion Big Model Selected for 2024 Shandong Digital Cultural Industry Project

Recently, the results of the project review for the digital cultural industry in Shandong Province were announced, and the “Haidai Public Opinion Big Model” project declared by Shandong Internet Media Group was successfully selected.

The 2024 Shandong digital cultural industry project is an important measure to accelerate the deep integration of culture and technology and implement the “List of Policies for the Development of Digital Cultural Industries in the Province”, focusing on supporting cultural enterprises to actively invest in the construction of cultural digital application scenarios. According to the “Work Plan for Supporting Digital Cultural Industry Projects”, this review process includes strict implementation of expert meeting review, project defense review, on-site inspection, and ideological audit, and a total of 27 digital cultural industry projects are planned to be supported.

Haidai Public Opinion Big Model is the first big model and public opinion intelligence body in Shandong Province. Based on more than 10 years of public opinion data resources and open source big model technology construction accumulated by Net Media Group, it can achieve functions such as filtering invalid data, sentiment analysis, automatic summarization, opinion clustering, intelligent reporting, and intelligent Q&A, empowering the whole process of public opinion monitoring, early warning, analysis and judgment, and response and disposal.

With intelligent report generation and sentiment intelligent Q&A assistant as the two key applications, Haidai Public Opinion Big Model is coupled with the existing big data analysis platform of the online media group to promote the transformation of the public opinion industry towards intelligence. The project collaborates with top companies such as Baidu, Tencent, 360, etc., leveraging the historical data accumulated in the industry for 14 years and over 30 million pieces of daily information on the entire network to provide corpus for the training of the big model. The applications of various systems, levels, and industries provide scenes for the fine-tuning of the big model, training on millions of public opinion samples, learning from tens of thousands of high-quality reports, aggregating millions of judgment suggestions, and comprehensively enhancing the intelligence and automation level of network public opinion analysis.
