Elon Musk and his company, Tesla, are seeking to dismiss a lawsuit alleging that they used AI-generated images that violated the copyright of the movie “Blade Runner 2049” at a product launch event. According to a new legal filing submitted to the Central District Court of California on Tuesday evening, Musk and Tesla’s lawyers have requested to dismiss the entire lawsuit “with prejudice”(“with prejudice”), meaning the case will be permanently dismissed and cannot be brought back to trial.
