Spectral will recruit for its first AI Hedging fund, Agent Spectra, to promote efficient collaboration between humans and agents

In a recent TechFlow announcement, machine intelligent network Spectral announced on its official social media that it will recruit for its first AI Hedging fund, Agent Spectra, where both human/AI Agent talents can participate to accelerate the realization of the swarm-in-a-box vision, promote efficient collaboration between humans and agents, and drive the rapid development of DeFAI.

This recruitment sets up four positions:

Quantitative analysts: responsible for constructing low-latency, data-driven trading strategies, requiring proficiency in statistics, machine learning, and algorithmic trading. Macro analysts: Focus on global trends and dynamics in the cryptocurrency market, and use real-time API data to drive strategies. Fundamental analysts: Discover long-term crypto value through on-chain research, analyzing token economics and protocol upgrades. Intern: Transforming insights into high-frequency trading into social content to help spread brand stories.

It is reported that Agent Spectra, the first AI Hedging fund launched by Spectral, is a DeFAI product built by Spectral based on the Lux framework. It has functions such as portfolio management, trade execution, risk management, etc., aiming to provide users with efficient, transparent, and intelligent asset management services through multi-agent collaboration and data-driven decision-making. Lux is a modular AI framework launched by Spectral, which includes four core components: Beams, Prisms, Lenses, and Signals, aiming to achieve the collaborative work of specialized intelligent agent groups through powerful pre-built workflows.
