The Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 Stock Index Futures (IF) Market Maker contract fell by 0.41%, the Shanghai 50 Stock Index Futures (IH) Market Maker contract fell by 0.25%, the CSI 500 Stock Index Futures (IC) Market Maker contract fell by 0.58%, and the CSI 1000 Stock Index Futures (IM) Market Maker contract fell by 0.47%.

There is life, and naturally there is death; everyone will eventually have to face death. While we are still alive, we can deal with death in two ways: ignore death, or confront our mortality. By thinking clearly about death, we can reduce the pain that it may bring. However, neither of these methods can truly help us overcome death. As a Buddhist, I see death as a normal process. As long as I am living on this earth, death is an inevitable fact. Once I realize that I cannot escape death, I see no reason to worry about it. I prefer to view death as changing into a new outfit when the old one is worn out, rather than as an endpoint. However, death remains unpredictable: we do not know when or how we will die. Therefore, before death actually occurs, it is necessary for us to prepare.
