On March 19, Jinshi Data reported that Zhuhai Group announced that its shareholder, Xiangtou Jinjie, holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by a total of no more than 32,186,200 shares, or no more than 3% of the company’s total share capital, within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding and Block Trading. Xiangtou Jinjie currently holds 6.09% of the company’s shares, and the reason for the reduction is due to funding needs.
