The impact of US stock market fluctuations on the A-shares is actually limited. Currently, the key factor still depends on where domestic funds are flowing.

Looking back at the recent hotspots, it's clear that telecommunications equipment, Fujian, and Hainan have all experienced a round of trading. When hotspots rotate so quickly, you have to find the next sector to absorb the momentum. Last Friday's situation was very clear—sudden volume increases in power grid equipment, which is no coincidence.

The movements of retail funds most clearly indicate the situation. Their large orders yesterday were concentrated in the electrical sector, with the top three fund inflows all related to electricity. This signal is very straightforward: short-term popularity is centered here. Although the military industry sector occasionally pops up, based on the volume of funds, it is simply not at the same level.

Therefore, next week is most likely to be dominated by power grid equipment. Since retail funds have already entered with volume, it will be very difficult for alternatives to outperform this sector in the short term. They have accumulated a lot of positions early on, and now it's a matter of how long the trading can last.

It's so obvious that speculators are entering the market; power grid equipment is indeed quite interesting. Let's see if it can hold up later.

Speculative funds are really treating electricity as an ATM, and from a funding perspective, there's basically no room for negotiation.

The recent big order in the power sector by speculative funds indeed looks promising. The previous hot topics rotated too quickly, and now there's finally a solid direction to stand on.

The recent move by speculators into the power sector is indeed aggressive. Just look at the capital flow to understand. Next week, it's probably unavoidable to ride this rotation.

The moves of the hot money are indeed impressive. As for the electricity sector, it's more about waiting for others to take over—are there many people ready to jump in? The chip sector was so hot before, but now it's cooled down, and the rotation speed is surprisingly fast. However, honestly, the power grid sector seems a bit more stable. It doesn't look like the purely speculative plays in Fujian and Hainan. Next week, many big players will definitely follow up, but I'm just worried it might be another quick in-and-out wave.
