The enterprise AI company Articul8, spun off from Intel, has completed more than half of its planned $70 million Series B funding, with a pre-money valuation of $500 million. The funding round is led by Adara Ventures and is expected to be completed in Q1 2025. This valuation has increased fivefold compared to its Series A funding completed in early 2024 (post-money valuation of $100 million). The company develops dedicated AI systems for regulated industries and has already signed contracts with 29 clients totaling over $90 million, with expected annual recurring revenue this year to exceed $57 million.
