It's incredible how many projects ignore or even act like they are too good to acknowledge users/community
Even just a handful of interactions go a long way; people love to be seen, heard or just genuinely feel valued

One of the best ways to burnout:
Obsessing over engagement and forcing yourself to do things you don’t actually care about to achieve it
If you want to last long term, you need to enjoy the process
Besides, if you don’t care, why would anyone else?

So many projects over promise and under deliver
Who has a reputation for doing the reverse?

If you surround yourself with doomers, adopt the mindset that everything is a scam and believe there is no opportunity, that is the reality you will create
Which to be honest is quite easy to do, many love to farm these ideas or endlessly ragebait, and generally promote toxicity for attention
On the opposite end, surround yourself with positive, optimistic, and driven people and you will start to see the space is full of opportunities

Inflated vanity metrics provide a nice illusion of a win, but genuine human connection is far more valuable long term
