Succinct: From zkVM to the Global Proof Market

I. A new vision for verifiable computing Trust in Web3 has never been absolute. Blockchain provides consensus, but the verification of calculations – especially when they occur off-chain or cross-chain – remains a problem without a definitive solution. @SuccinctLabs was created to fill that gap. This platform transforms zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) – which were previously confined to academia – into a widely accessible infrastructure for all developers. The goal of Succinct is: faster, cheaper, easier to integrate, and friendly with familiar languages like Rust. In 2025, Succinct will not only be a technical tool but will also position itself as a global trust layer for Web3. II. SP1-CC: Elevating EVM The product SP1-CC (Contract-Call) brings Ethereum into a new era. Developers can: Read on-chain data. Perform complex calculations off-chain. Return a unique proof for verification on-chain. This opens up many possibilities: Dynamic governance: Snapshot multiple blocks, calculate complex voting rights and proofs without moving contracts. On-chain Oracles: Retrieve historical data directly and calculate averages without gas-intensive batching. Airdrop & Proof-of-exploit: Prove distribution logic or recreate security flaws without exposing private data. This is not just an add-on – but a change in the operational model of EVM. III. SP1 Turbo & Hypercube: Breakthrough in speed and cost For ZK to be widely adopted, performance is a key factor. SP1 Turbo (v4.0.0): up to 28 times faster than other zkVMs, capable of verifying Ethereum blocks in <40 seconds. SP1 Hypercube: verifies 93% of Ethereum blocks in just 12 seconds, thanks to GPU clusters and mathematical optimization. This makes ZK not only academically feasible but truly ready for large volumes: rollup, AI pipelines, cross-chain bridges. IV. Prover Network & Hardware Acceleration A powerful zkVM only excels when there is sufficient computational power behind it. Succinct deploys a decentralized Prover Network: Diverse ecosystem: from ZAN's FPGA prover ( accelerating 20×), GPU clusters, to ASIC in the future. Real-scale: When the mainnet launched (05/08/2025), the network has served 35+ protocols, performed 5 million+ proofs, protecting over 4 billion USD value on-chain. PROVERS: a new concept where proof becomes a decentralized service, can be staked and traded. This network creates reliability, cost efficiency, and global reach beyond the capabilities of any single party. V. Turning Point with Arbitrum: Collaboration with Tandem At the end of August 2025, Succinct signed a 1-year exclusive contract with Tandem (Offchain Labs) to implement ZK proofs for the Arbitrum ecosystem. This: Expand the PROVE market by integrating into Arbitrum's rollup system. Verification at the enterprise level: one of the largest L2s chooses Succinct as the proof infrastructure. VI. Ambition Beyond Blockchain Succinct does not stop at Web3: World Chain pilot: a rollup serving 5 million users, reducing finality from 7 days to <1 hour. Wide applications: AI, media, digital identity, deepfake detection, proof-of-humanity… If “verification of computation” becomes the foundation for digital trust, Succinct aims to be the central infrastructure for all. VII. Governance & PROVE Token Succinct launches PROVE token ( total supply 1B): Used for fees, staking, payments, and governance. Airdrop + incentive staking will be implemented after the mainnet is operational. The Security Council will operate the initial phase, then gradually transition to decentralized iPROVE governance. This balances initial stability and long-term decentralization. VIII. Risks & Competition Despite having advantages, Succinct still faces challenges: Complexity in implementation: Combining hardware, proof markets, governance, rollups, AI verification… on a global scale is not simple. Competitors: RISC Zero, StarkWare, Gensyn… are rapidly developing. Some Succinct workloads are optimized better, but the race is still fierce. Token pressure: After listing and airdrop, PROVE has been highly volatile. Real usage demand must surpass the initial phase of “hype waves.” IX. Meaning for Dev, Investor, and User Developer: code in Rust, verify logic with SP1, scale through Prover Network without needing separate infrastructure. Investor: the value of $PROVE is linked to usage. Each proof, each new rollup increases actual demand. This is a sustainable infrastructure, not just a speculative token. User: faster finality, lower costs, transparency, multi-chain seamless operations. X. Conclusion: Trust in Peer-to-Peer Operations In every era, infrastructure has always been hidden: electricity, bandwidth, compute. With Web3, the proof is that invisible layer of infrastructure. Succinct is building this layer – with an accessible zkVM, a decentralized prover network, multi-ecosystem integration, and governance-linked tokens. Once trust becomes the default, users will no longer pay attention to evidence. They simply trust – and it will operate correctly. #SuccinctLabs
