On August 14th, Jinshi Data reported that on August 14th, after the Thai Constitutional Court ruled to remove Thai Prime Minister Seta from office, former Prime Minister Thaksin convened leaders of the major political parties in the ruling coalition such as the Pheu Thai Party and the Proud Thai Party to discuss and decide that Chadchart Sittipunt, one of the candidates for the Pheu Thai Party’s prime minister in the 2023 general election, is the only candidate for the new prime minister, and will participate in the new prime minister election to be held on the 16th.
