Billionaire Elon Musk Shows Secret to Help America Save Billions of Dollars Every Day

Billionaire Elon Musk has claimed to have helped the US government save 1 billion USD per day and aims to increase this number to 3 billion USD. Does Elon Musk really revolutionize budget management? Just a few weeks since billionaire Elon Musk was appointed by President Donald Trump as a special government employee, his team at the Government Performance Office (DOGE) has been able to access the most sensitive data and financial systems. DOGE’s leader has provided some updates on his X media platform about what needs to be done to cut government spending by billions of USD per day. The government efficiency board led by billionaire Elon Musk has announced on social media X that the agency is helping the US government save $1 billion per day and aims to increase this figure to $3 billion per day in the future. “DOGE is saving the federal government about 1 billion USD per day, mainly by stopping hiring for unnecessary positions, eliminating diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) ( programs, and ending unnecessary spending for foreign organizations, all in accordance with the executive orders of the president,” the agency said. Elon Musk has also boasted that his willingness to work on weekends is a “superpower” that gives him an edge over competitors. The competitors he refers to are federal officials. “Very few people in the administrative system actually work on weekends. It’s like the opposing team leaving the field for 2 days!”, he posted on X. Many financial experts to date remain skeptical about DOGE’s ability to cut spending. They argue that these efforts require facing many procedures and complex budget adjustments. However, billionaire Musk still insists that DOGE will be a platform for bringing innovation and efficiency to the US government, and may become an important part of President Trump’s “new golden age” vision. Musk’s team quickly acted to close a series of federal programs. It is noteworthy that President Donald Trump’s administration has confirmed the plan to merge the United States International Development Agency )USAID( into the State Department. This move is expected to streamline the USAID workforce and adjust its spending to align with White House priorities. Elon Musk said he had a detailed conversation about USAID with President Trump. “He agreed that we should close it,” the billionaire said. The goal of DOGE is to find ways to eliminate unnecessary federal employees, cut programs, and reduce federal regulations. The United States is currently the largest provider of humanitarian aid in the world, with USAID managing billions of dollars in humanitarian, development, and security assistance in over 100 countries. In private conversations, Musk has told friends that he considers the ultimate measure of his success to be the amount of USD saved per day, and he is arranging ideas based on that criterion. “The more I understand President Trump, the more I like him. Honestly, I adore him,” Musk said in a live conversation on social media X on February 3rd. “This is our opportunity. This is the best hand we’ve ever had.”
