According to a social media post, Polymarket has now included French users in the restricted user list. After the country’s gambling regulatory authority reportedly stated that it would ban prediction market in a few weeks, there are reports that French users can no longer access Polymarket. However, some French Polymarket users on social media platform X have stated that they are still accessing the prediction market through virtual private network (VPN) applications.
