Intercontinental Oil and Gas: Plans to repurchase shares worth no more than 200 million yuan

Data Gold 25 November, Intercontinental Oil and Gas announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through a centralized Menawar trading method, with an amount not less than 100 million yuan and not more than 200 million yuan, and the maximum repurchase price is 3.89 yuan per share. The repurchased shares will be used for employee shareholding plans or equity incentives. If not used within 3 years, the unused portion will be cancelled.
